For some of you know what is been going on and some of you who may not. I have been in and out of the hospital and have seen every doctor that you can imagine. I have been fighting this problem since June of last year. Finally after months of going up to Shand's hospital in Gainesville, Florida they believe I have hereditary angioedema.
It is an rare genetic disorder but everyone in my family who I have spoken too thinks I am the first one to have this. :-( Sucks to be me...
I am waiting for my doctor to call me back with my blood results to see how severe I have it and if I am able to have a special treatment to help me with this. It seems to happen every month now. And when it does OMG!!! I am in so much pain. My last attack in October was my worst one yet! I was so swollen I looked 3-4 month pregnant all over. But I take each day with it.
And I have to say Thank you to my family and friends who take care of me through my rough times... I love you all and thank you...
