As you all know I had a really bad sprain since December 26, 2006. Come to find out I have severe nerve damage and have developed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)

Will and I were playing around last night with the kids. I was chasing Will and I cornered him and he fell on top of me and

I wanted to give Will the best present for our 5 year Anniversary and Christmas, but I wasn't sure what to do. So I decided to bring his daughter down for Christmas. He thought she would be coming on December 15th, but I lied she is coming in this afternoon!

Today I have reached the big 30... OH NO!!!

You may or may not know Kariann hurt her foot last Thursday jump roping. I took her to ER last Friday she could not walk. She has a bad sprain!

Today, Paige is going back home to Texas.

Welcome to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Florida. This is our first time going to the this theme park and we are really excited!!! One of the great features about this theme park is after you go through the gates they have someone there to measure your child's height.

This was a very special 4th of July for two reasons. One this would be Paige's first 4th of July with us and the space shuttle is supposed to go off in a few hours.

I go to work as I normally do when Will tells me we will be meeting up for lunch. Wonderful since we never get to have lunch together that often. Well I am sitting here passing the time by waiting for my lunch hour. When all of a sudden I see this person standing right before me but my brain as not caught up to my thought of who is this person. It was my best friend.
